ABOUT ME

Who am I?

Hello, my name is Luke and I’m a fully qualified Person-centred counsellor. I am also an registered member of the BACP.

I offer a safe virtual space for you to share your thoughts, feelings and challenges you may be experiencing, so we can explore together more about where these may be coming from, exploration as to how these can be overcome, and also promoting self-awareness and helpful tools to help you manage difficulties in the present and going forward into the future.

Empowerment is at the heart of everything I do. My philosophy is that you are your own advocate to manage life’s challenges. Working with me will bring this in to focus.

Our unique working agreement will underpin all of our work together. Honesty, Respect, Patience and a safe space to share what you are ready to. Working together to explore, understand and find your way forward through the difficult times.
